Fifty Four's Fifty Fourth

The Reunion is underway and so far it has been FANTASTIC!

According to Bill Land we have 398 classmates and ladies here by the Severn. Last night we kicked off the celebration with a Luau. There were mumus and Hawaiian music, roast pig and those little drinks with umbrellas in them, - and we all had a great time.

This morning we held a Memorial Service in the Chapel. We read the list of those we have lost since our 50th reunion and ended the service with Eternal Father and Navy Blue and Gold ( the old words). It was an impressive ceremony.

The memorial service was followed by lunch and free time to visit the Midshipman's Store.

Tonight we have a dinner dance at the Stadium.

I'll try to keep you updated as we roll along.
