USNA class of 54,
Our mini reunion and also the class of 54 SNOWBIRD XII golf tournament are shaping up to be a "grand affair" with about 50 attendees, including about 20 golfers.Current planning includes a Tuesday evening 10 April party at our home with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, a Wednesday group dinner at the NAS JAX River Cove (O'club) and a "wrap up" luncheon Thursday for all attendees at the NAS JAX golf club.
There are already 15 couples from out of town with local reservations primarily at the attractive Gateway Inn and Suites at NAS JAX. We still have rooms available for our group if you know anyone interested, please let us know.
Please let us know if you will attend any/all of the planned events so that we can work on getting "package" programs to arrange the social events.
Also, please let others know whom you think might be interested in joining us.
Also, please let us know if you could assist in any way, including offering to provide interesting activities for non-golfing out of town attendees on Wednesday, 11 April.... or any other participation of any kind!
