Death of a ClassMate - Frederick J.FRANCO 16th Co.


Fred passed away today at noon. Services will be held at St John Neumann in Annapolis on Thursday, November 7, at 1030. Inurnment will follow at the Naval Academy Columbarium at 12:00. A reception will follow at the Naval Academy Club at 12:30.
