I received the following Email from Pat Dollard



Leo passed away yesterday, October 16, 2009, in Chula Vista, California from various illnesses that Leo battled with for over a year. Alethea, his wife of 55 years, was by his side.

In accordance with his wishes, Leo will be laid to rest at the U. S. Naval Academy. His obituary and burial service details will be posted at a later date.
