I received the following email from Jim Zimmerman
Dear Will,
We were just advised of the passing, yesterday, of our brave 17th Company classmate, José Clementé Cabanillas II.
Jose has been suffering from complications of medical problems for years, with special care and love of his dear wife, Dottie. He chose to be cremated and his ashes will be scattered at sea. Details from the family will be forwarded as they become available.
