Don Ulmer Honored

Don Ulmer was selected as the Third Prize recipient of the Submarine League Literary Award Winners for his article submitted in January 2011 "Fearless Freddy; The Pied Piper". Jim Hay will accept the award for Don at the Awardee Luncheon being held on Thursday October 20th.
